The Crystal Quail Restaurant has a verbal menu. This allows
for total spontaneity and creativity in harmony with each season.
Dining at the Crystal Quail is a sensual experience. It begins
as one steps through the door and walks past the fireplaced kitchen
and into the dining room with its original hand stencils, wide
floorboards and low ceiling. In summer a view of vegetable and
flower gardens can be enjoyed. In winter a fireplace.
Three entrées are offered and usually include our specialty
of quail or pheasant, free range veal prepared in a myriad of
Continental styles and fresh fish from New England waters. Vegetables
come from our extensive organic garden and wonderful vegetarian
dishes can be made on request.
Desserts are exquisite, Belgium Gateau au Chocolate and Crème
Caramel just for a thumbnail sketch.
Bring your own wine. No Credit cards. Seventy-five dollars
($75.00) prix fixe.
